Psychotherapy

As a 40-year-old man, I struggled with the idea of therapy and sharing my feelings with a “stranger”.

Dr. Smith has made it comfortable and eased me into it. With her help, I've realize that trying to tackle anxiety and depression on my own was a mistake for many years. With Dr. Smith's assistance I have made great strides in my mental health.
