Dr. Smith is an in-network provider with all major carriers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Cigna, CoreSource, Medicare, Tricare, United Healthcare, Wellcare, Municipal Health, Lucent, QualChoice, Trustmark, and CoreSource.

If your insurance is out of network, you will pay your insurance’s allowed amount for mental health benefits. We can help you calculate this cost but we strongly encourage you to call the customer service number which is on your insurance card.

If you are uninsured for mental health benefits we offer the following out of pocket rates:

​

• Initial appointment $225

• Follow-up therapy sessions $200

• Testing rates on average range from $800 to $1,500

• Client Rep Consultations (Schools, Court, Employer, Attorney, Other Meetings) $125 an hour
